Workplace Essentials Registration
Our workplace essentials.
MOSAIC has three courses for MOSAIC employees:
1. Inclusive Workplace Training- Foundations
2. Inclusive Leadership Training
3. Inclusive Webinars
1. Foundations Inclusive Workplace Training
This is for new employees and for employees renewing their certificate*. It gives a general overview of inclusive workplaces and strategies for how to implement diversity practices into your daily work routine.
*mandatory training for MOSAIC employees, to be renewed every 3 years
This 2 day training is taken in four parts:
1. Pre- workshop survey
2. 3-hours workshop
3. 2-hours workshop
4. Reflective Component (Teams Discussion)
The course should be completed in the two day session. The schedule is available during the registration by clicking the registration button below.
A certificate of completion will be sent to you and your supervisor upon completion of the course.
Cancellation: Three business days notice for cancellation is required. If adequate notice is note given staff will be charged $71 for the workshop.
Inclusive Leadership Training
For all of our people leaders we believe it is more important than ever to create inclusive teams and a culture of inclusion with the people that they supervise.
The inclusive leadership training has 3 parts
1. Pre- workshop survey
2. 2.5-hours workshop
3. Reflective Component
A certificate of completion will be sent to you upon completion of the course. To register click on the register button below.
Inclusive Webinars
Our inclusive webinars are one hour in length and focus on giving you an in-depth overview of one topic within the field of diversity and inclusion.
All employees are welcome to register for these awareness raising webinars.
Managers
