Community Profile: We made presentations!

Last week, our Advanced class was tasked with making presentations about destinations in BC.

Each group was assigned a location, either Whistler, Kelowna, Stanley Park, or Capilano Suspension Bridge.

Our students got up in front of the class to make their presentations and they did a fantastic job using English to describe their topic to their classmates.

Public speaking is a big challenge even in our first languages, but they are gaining the skills and confidence they need to conquer this challenge in Englsih too
