Events in Vancouver: The Big Easter Run 2023

It’s a long weekend, and there are all kinds of Easter-themed events happening around Vancouver!

This Saturday at Jericho Beach in Vancouver, check out The Big Easter Run, a run for charity that’s suitable for all ages and abilities including strollers and leashed dogs.

This holiday themed run offers a 5km/10km Run/Walk (2pm) as well as a 1-3km Little Bunny Run/Walk for kids (1pm) around Jericho Beach Park.

Besides the colourful costumes and physical activity, you’ll find music from local DJs, shops and vendors, prize giveaways, and more!

The Big Easter Run tours beautiful Jericho Beach Park. Racers start near the concession stand, and the course follows trails surrounded by spring flowers, twisting through the forest and then looping onto the beach path, with amazing views of the North Shore and Vancouver skyline.

The route is for all ages and abilities, and is pet & stroller friendly! Registration fees go towards KidsSportBC, who work to remove the financial barriers that prevent some children from playing organized sports.
