In this course you will learn food handling, sanitation and work safety designed for food service establishment operators and front line food service workers such as cooks, servers, bussers, dishwashers and deli workers. It is offered in an in-person format in MOSAIC’s safe. It is a one-day workshop completed on the last Monday of every month.
