Tell me about yourself? 

Hi, my name is Carlos. But I prefer to be called Charlie. I'm a pastry chef from Colombia.

What do you do in Vancouver and What did you do back in your home country?

Now I'm working at a wholesale bakery in the cake department. I used to work at a chocolate shop in Bogota.

What are the main cultural differences in between Vancouver and your home country? 

There are a lot of cultural differences but I think the most evident is the season's culture. How people plan their clothes, activities and everything around it. In Colombia, we don't have seasons so everything about it is new to me.

What are you enjoying the most living in Vancouver? 

The food. You can find amazing flavors from around the world in one city.

How do you like the IELTS classes so far?

The IELTS classes had been super productive. You never feel bored. Always something new to learn.
