Events in Vancouver: Fridays on Front
This popular free block party series is back in New Westminster this summer and features a variety of delicious food and drinks, artisan vendors, and live music!
Fridays on Front takes place on Front Street Mews in downtown New Westminster from 5:00 to 9:00 PM on various Fridays in the summer.
The dates for August are August 9th, 16th, and 23rd, and it’s just a short walk from both the New Westminster and Columbia skytrain stations!
In addition to the variety of local food trucks and vendors offering delicious global eats and refreshing beverages, there is also live music and entertainment which truly gives this festival a block party vibe!
You can also browse and purchase artisan products from local vendors and there’s a kid’s zone as well, making this a family-friendly event.
This is also a great opportunity to check out the vibrant downtown New Westminster community which boasts a combination of heritage buildings and new developments against the backdrop of the waterfront.
