1. What is the Return & Save Promotion?

The Return & Save Promotion offers eligible returning test takers a discount on their next IELTS test booking. Eligible candidates receive a promo code that can be applied during registration.

2. Who is eligible for this promotion?

All test takers who have taken an IELTS test with MOSAIC engage on or after April 01, 2026, are eligible. Candidates must submit a Promo Code Request Form for verification before a promo code is issued.

3. How do I request a promo code?

Eligible candidates can complete the Promo Code Request Form received in the email or on the website. After submission, your information will be reviewed to confirm eligibility.

4. When will I receive my promo code?

Once your eligibility has been verified, your promo code will be generated and sent to the email address provided in the form. After filling the form, the promo code will be emailed within 1-2 business days, please wait for the email.

5. Can I use the promo code for any IELTS test?

Promo codes may only be used for eligible IELTS test bookings during the campaign period - the second and subsequent tests must be between Oct 01, 2026 to Mar 31, 2027, and subject to availability. Only full tests (LRW+S) are eligible. The full test can either be IOC or IOC Writing on Paper. Promo codes cannot be used for an OSR test and EOR.

6. Can I transfer my promo code to someone else?

No. Promo codes are issued to individual eligible candidates and are non-transferable. They may only be used by the test taker who received the promo code for their own test booking.

7. Can I combine this offer with another discount or promotion?

No. Return & Save promo codes cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts, vouchers, or special pricing unless explicitly stated.

8. What happens if my personal information (passport number, etc.) has changed since my previous test?

If your identification document or personal information has changed, you may be asked to provide additional documentation to verify your identity before a promo code can be approved. Please wait for communication from the back-end team in such cases.

9. What happens if my promo code does not work?

Please contact the test centre support team and provide your promo code, full name, and booking details for assistance.

10. Can my promo code be cancelled?

Yes. Promo codes may be cancelled if eligibility requirements are not met, incorrect test date was provided, or misuse is detected.

Return & Save Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

The Return & Save Promotion ("Promotion") provides eligible returning IELTS test takers with a promo code for a reduced price on a future IELTS test booking through a unique promotional code.

2. Eligibility

• Participants must have previously completed/booked an eligible IELTS test - a full IELTS Test (where all four components are attempted on or after April 01, 2026).

• Eligibility is subject to verification by the test centre.

• Submission of a Promo Code Request Form does not guarantee approval or receipt of a promotional code.

• The test centre reserves the right to request supporting documentation to confirm eligibility.

3. Promo Code Issuance

• Promotional codes are issued only after successful eligibility verification.

• Each promotional code is unique and assigned to an individual test taker.

• Promo codes will be delivered by email to the email address provided while filling the promo code form.

4. Promo Code Usage

• Promo codes must be used before their expiry date - Between Oct 01, 2026 and Mar 31, 2027.

• Promo codes may only be used for eligible IELTS test bookings (a full IELTS Test. OSR is not eligible for the discount) made through approved registration channels.

• Promo codes cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, refunds, or other benefits.

• Only one promo code may be used per booking.

5. Non-Transferability

• Promotional codes are non-transferable and may only be used by the approved recipient.

• Sharing, selling, or transferring promotional codes is prohibited.

6. Verification and Misuse

• The test centre reserves the right to verify participant eligibility at any time.

• Any suspected misuse, fraud, false information, duplicate claims, or unauthorized use may result in:

• Cancellation of the promo code;

• Cancellation of the discounted registration;

• Removal from the Promotion;

• Recovery of any improperly received discount.

7. Changes to Personal Information

Where a candidate's identification information differs from previous test records, additional verification may be required before a promotional code can be issued or applied. The test center would contact the individual on case by case basis.

8. Modification or Cancellation of Promotion

The test centre reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice where necessary due to operational, technical, legal, or business requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

The test centre is not responsible for:

• Lost, delayed, or undelivered emails;

• Technical issues affecting promo code delivery or usage;

• Errors caused by inaccurate information submitted by participants.

10. Final Decision

All decisions regarding eligibility, verification, promo code issuance, and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions are final and at the sole discretion of the test centre.
