In this course you will learn food handling, sanitation and work safety designed for food service establishment operators and front line food service workers such as cooks, servers, bussers, dishwashers and deli workers.  It is offered in an in-person format in MOSAIC’s safe.  It is a Saturday workshop completed on the last Saturday of every month.
