Events in Vancouver: Conversation Group for Newcomers

Did you know that every Wednesday from 5:00pm-6:00pm you can join our free drop-in conversation group at MOSAIC Engage? We’ve been on break over the holidays but we’re back with another full year of conversation groups and you’re invited!

In this free speaking class, you will meet new people, practice speaking, and get useful corrections from our teachers.

Anyone can join, even if you’re not a student yet. Come try a free class this week! No sign-up is necessary, just drop in at 5pm every Wednesday at our main office: #206 - 2555 Commercial Drive

Meet other newcomers to Canada and practice speaking English together in a free conversation groups led by our MOSAIC English instructors.

This free weekly event is "first come, first served". Space is limited so please arrive 10-15 min early to make sure you get a spot. If the room is full, we cannot accept any more attendees. This is for the safety and enjoyment of everyone. Must be 18+ to join, no children, minors, or pets allowed.

During this free conversation meet up, you will have the chance to speak English with other newcomers from around the world. One of our teachers will provide topics, activities, games, or lessons to get you speaking. They will also join the conversations and give help or corrections.

Everyone is welcome, no matter their status or their level of English. Whether you are a new English speaker or more experienced, you can join the class! Come see our campus, meet our teachers, meet new people, and learn something new!
