🎶 Groove Into Fall with the Public Disco’s All Vinyl Block Party in Downtown Vancouver. Summer may be winding down, but Vancouver’s dance floor is just heating up.

On Saturday, September 6, 2025, the city’s iconic šxʷƛ̓ənəq Xwtl’e7énḵ Square (North Plaza at the Vancouver Art Gallery) will transform into a vibrant celebration of music, community, and culture with the Public Disco Block Party: Downtown, All Vinyl Edition!

🕺 What’s Happening?

From 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, this free, all-ages, open-air event will bring together vinyl lovers, dance enthusiasts, families, and curious passersby for a day of pure groove. Curated by DJ Dairy Free, the lineup features all-vinyl sets from some of Vancouver’s most respected DJs, including DANE, Kozue, Cool Underground Music, André Rose, and Beiti

Expect a rich mix of house, disco, and techno echoing through the plaza, with the Vancouver Art Gallery as your backdrop and the city’s energy pulsing all around.

🎧 Event Highlights

  • All Vinyl Stage: Presented by Fizz Mobile, this is the heart of the party—where DJs spin and dancers shine.

  • Record & Vintage Market: Dig through crates of vinyl and vintage treasures while soaking in the beats.

  • Food Trucks: Fuel your dance moves with eats from Teriyaki Boys, Nami Vietnamese, Mom’s Grilled Cheese, and more.

  • Bars: Sip on cocktails from 2 Hoots Hard Iced Tea or grab a craft beer at the Dinosour Bar by Phillips Brewing.

  • Kids Zone: Hosted by Pattern Nation, featuring crafts and a sparkle station for the little ones.

  • Harm Reduction Station: Provided by Good Night Out to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all.
