Events is Vancouver: Harvest Days at VanDusen Garden

Celebrate the fall season with the return of Harvest Days at VanDusen Botanical Garden with live music and entertainment, food trucks, crafts, and more! On weekends from September 28 to October 20th!

VanDusen Botanicals Gardens is a hidden gem located in the centre of Vancouver. No matter the season, VanDusen has something to offer. In addition to all the beautiful trees and flowers, there’s a large pond, small waterfall, a maze, totem poles, stone sculptures, various restaurants, and a wonderful gift shop. You can easily spend a few hours exploring different parts of the 55 acre grounds!

Harvest Days is included with regular Garden admission tickets on event days. During this time, VanDusen’s veggie garden and maze area will be transformed for autumn, featuring fun photo areas, seasonal activities and entertainment, tasty treats, and more.

Enjoy delicious snacks from a selection of tasty food vendors: Popcorn at the Park, Coffee & Cookie Truck, Bistrotvan, and Melt City Grilled Cheese. The Garden Café and Shaughnessy Restaurant are also located onsite.

This year’s displays will feature the works of local artist, Nickie Lewis, who specializes in eco-friendly art created entirely out of natural, organic, and 100% biodegradable materials. Take a walk down Sculpture Stroll to spot her nature-inspired artwork.

Explore the garden's autumn highlights afterwards, including sugar maples, ginkgo trees, bald cypress, and the stunning Autumn Stroll.

Find your way through the decorated hedge maze, participate in activities, and create a fall-inspired craft!
