Events in Vancouver: St. Patrick's Day

Saint Patrick’s Day, also referred to as Patrick’s Day or St. Paddy’s Day, is celebrated in Ireland and around the world every year on March 17th.

There will be events in and around Vancouver all weekend, with a free festival on March 16th. Join in the festivities and remember to wear green!

CelticFest Vancouver will be held at šxʷƛ̓ənəq Xwtl’e7énḵ Square north of the Vancouver Art Gallery on March 16th from 10am to 9pm

This free full-day festival will feature a live outdoor concert stage with more than 20 acts performing on stage, including music and traditional Irish dance.

There will also be a Family Zone with games and activities. You can also learn about Celtic Culture.

A Celtic marketplace will be selling international snacks, jewellery, and locally made Celtic crafts.

There will also be a photo booth as well as food trucks and mobile bars on site!
